Twisted One Shoulder
Step 1: Take both your streamers and bring them over the same shoulder-- right or left, to your preference
Step 2: Twist streamers together tightly to create a rope going over the shoulder
Step 3: Separate streamers at the back and pull one through each belt loop
Step 4: Tie streamers in either a bow or knot to create cutout back
