I ordered a made-to-measure custom dress, and I couldn't be happier with the service. There was no extra charge compared to the ready-made version, which was amazing value for money.
After I sent my measurements, they contacted me to double-check everything to make sure the sizing was correct. That attention to detail really gave me confidence in my order.
When the dress arrived, it fit me perfectly, exactly as I had hoped. The quality is excellent, the price is very affordable, and the delivery was surprisingly quick. I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a beautiful custom-made dress with outstanding customer service.
I chose this design as my wedding gown as the bride and on delivery it didn’t disappoint- beautifully made, and arrived in good time. I chose the standard fit and am having it altered locally, mostly as I don’t trust my own measurements and I’m on a tight timescale if it had needed to be returned, but having seen the quality of the dress I’m sure it would have been fine if I had submitted for custom fit. I’m 5 foot 3 and a size 14 top half and 16 bottom so opted for the standard size 16 and pleased with the choice. The only real improvement would be if it had pockets!! Getting very excited to challenge expectations of a white dress!
I was really happy with the quality of the dress and my daughter loved it for her P7 prom. I was really surprised that having it tailor made to fit her cost nothing extra. The dress was beautiful and fit her perfectly. Also, I thought the dress was great value for money as well! It was also delivered very quickly. She was having difficulty choosing a dress and it was getting closer and closer to the prom. So, very happy we chose this fantastic company. 10 out of 10!!
A beautiful dress, with high end material in stunning colours and design. Fits like a glove, and very comfortable to wear. Makes you feel like a princess!! 100% recommend, and the communication between seller and buyer is excellent.

Very skeptical to try this system, but very pleasantly surprised!! This outfit is exactly what I was looking for- no sparkles, sequins, lace, etc- but that's my style. The color works both for the color scheme of the wedding and my skin & hair color! Sizing is a relaxed fit, and true to size. The pants land at the very top of my foot- no hemming needed! Very satisfied!

This dress was exactly as the picture on the website. The custom sizing is brilliant, the swatches of fabric and actual fabric are a match, and the customer service (including checking and confirming my measurements as I have a very short body) was brilliant.

I ordered 7 dresses, some custom made, some standard sizes. One custom made was made incorrectly, too small. However I emailed and after doing a few pictures to confirm measurements incorrect a new dress was shipped free of charge. Excellent customer service, fast and efficient and very helpful. Very happy

Glad I ordered the free samples first as the colours were were different than looking on screen for a couple. Found perfect shade. Dress is gorgeous fits perfectly (used custom option, measured and added 1-2cm to each measurement because she's still growing so has a little room but looks amazing. Came really quickly (paid for expedited delivery).
Im in the UK and i was more than dubious when my American sister in law to be suggested this website. But i am so pleased i went ahead. I put in my daughter's measurements and paid for the dresses. I was quickly emailed questioning my measurements as one was outside expected parameters. The customer service was excellent. The problem was rectified and the dresses arrived a while later. They fit perfectly and the quality was soo good! You hear horror stories about online shops sometimes but this was excellent and great value for money. The only advic i would give is that i would recommend being generous with your measurements. I wish id added a couple of fingers to each measurement to allow for growth.

I had 2 custom made trinity bridesmaid dresses in stormy grey. The dresses fitted perfectly we followed the measuring guide and used the tape provided. I'm totally over the moon with them. Would recommend to anyone wanting that extra special dress 👗
Ordered dresses for my 8 bridesmaids and they are PERFECT! Customer service was spot on, they were delivered really quickly and the quality of the fabric is amazing!
One thing I will say is the colours are much deeper and brighter than pictured (perfect for me) but if you like more toned down/ pastel colours may be worth ordering a fabric swatch first!
Over all I’m over the moon with the dresses and can’t wait to see my bridesmaids wearing them!!
Such lovely dress quality and fabulous customer service. Ordered 10 Charlie Cap Sleeve dresses for my Bridesmaids and there is absolutely no difference in colour even tho some were ordered at a later date.
Everyone said the dresses were so comfortable and we had so many compliments on the day. Everyone thought they were so pretty.
