Beautiful dress. Very flattering. I bought a size 12.

I had the greatest experience with Cicinia!
I ordered my maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding and it was fantastic!
The client service is impeccable and very reactive.
They suggested to make my dress tailored in my exact measurements for free.
I was positively surprised by the quality of the dress which was great.
After receiving the dress, it was a little longer than I expected so I asked a tailor to adjust it and Cicinia reimbursed the fee.
I attached some photos of the dress to my comment.
I do recommend the services of Cicinia and I will be glad to purchase other dresses for special occasions!

I ordered custom sized dresses for my bridesmaids and I was very apprehensive doing so. But the customer care team were amazing, even when I altered and changed my mind on things they gave me the opportunity to do so. The dresses are absolutely stunning and extremely well made! I'd definitely recommend!

So happy with these dresses, I ordered 6 in 3 different styles. Ordered the Spa colour as it was closer to the turquoise I wanted, worth ordering swatches first although there was very little difference in the turquoise and spa colour, was refunded for the swatches once I'd placed an order. These dresses were truly beautiful, I was so worried as I'd never ordered from Cicinia before and obviously you want everything to be just right for your wedding day as it is stressful enough, Cicinia made the process so much easier, they responded to emails and gave great advice, we saved a lot of money buying through Cicinia rather than the wedding shop, it was such a find, Yolanda was amazing. In this style we got the dresses in a size 8, one fit perfectly and the other needs minor alterations. I was nervous when the package arrived particularly to do with the colour and fit but the material is beautiful I can't fault it at all. We'll done Cicinia, I will definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to order from you again! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!

These dresses are absolutely gorgeous, so well made, the quality is lovely, so tried to the colour swatch I ordered. I’m regretting not doing a more custom made dress as the length of all 4 dresses need adjustment as they are all very long, but I knew that that would be the only discrepancy as I used the size guide and the rest of the dress is a prefect fit. I can’t wait to see all my bridesmaids in their dresses

I'll be honest, I left purchasing my bridesmaids dresses until the very last minute and took a big chance ordering from this company as I hadn't heard much about them. I really struggled to find dresses in the Peach colour I was looking for but Cicinia had such a wide range of colours to choose from which was fab (I did order samples before ordering dresses). When I placed my order for the dresses, the website said 2-3 weeks for custom fit bridesmaids dresses and upon ordering, the customer service team emailed to say there was a logistics issue and that my order could be delayed. Of course it was totally out of their hands and it was great of the company to let me know but I knew that there was a huge chance the dresses & ties wouldn't make it in time (completely my own fault for leaving it so late)! I let the customer service team my situation and they were absolutely brilliant - I had email updates every single day and they managed to schedule my dresses as a priority. The dresses came 10 days earlier than the expected date and the quality is amazing! The custom measurements were spot on so I didn't even have to take them to be altered by a local seamstress. The ties arrived about one week later but again, earlier than advised by the company and the same great quality! I couldn't recommend this company enough - very very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for occasion dresses.
