I wanted to send you my sincerest thanks for the beautiful Matron of Honour dress you made for me at quite short notice in July. My lovely friend’s wedding was in Jamaica this past weekend. It was tremendous! I had so many compliments on the dress you made for me, and the entire bridal party. I have never purchased a made to measure dress on line before. I had to have a lot of faith and trust in your team and this process. It certainly paid off!
I am very self conscious about my body shape and you and your team made me feel so confident on the day! The measurements were absolutely perfect! Do let me know how I can share some photos with you, so you can see first hand how the dress looks and how amazing you made me feel!

Wow, where do I start...... Cicinia has been fantastic from start to finish, I had all my dresses custom-made, even though website clearly states double check your sizes, when 1 of my bridesmaids accidentally miss measured they contacted me to recheck and size was able to be adjusted 😊. Then they went too making, the dresses (3) where all made and ready for packaging within a week. After they arrived and tried on my bridesmaid (the others are out of town atm) said its the most comfortable dress she'd ever wore and the quality is out of this world. I had ordered a lilac bridesmaid dress 15 days 3 weeks ago, I received it well before the expected date, super well packaged.
Levels of the size request of the dress her and super well-cut levels quality of the dress I love nothing to say can't wait to be at the wedding.

Ordered this dress for my daughter’s formal. Was contacted about sizing by the company even after ordering and they were very thorough. The dress fit was perfect, was great quality and it was beautiful! Got so many compliments. Loved it!

The team was able to respond to my urgent request and did everything to ensure that my order arrived on time.
Size slightly smaller than in France, I had to make alterations to be able to close it (but I had taken a standard size).

I should have gone for made to measure but decided to go for standard sizes. Big mistake! Ordered a size 6 for my granddaughter and a 14 for my daughter. The 6 barely does up (my granddaughter is age 12 and tiny) and the 14 is actually a size 10 (uk). Having to buy elsewhere now and hoping I can recoup some of the money by selling these on. Absolutely gutted!
